Westlake is one of the most desirable areas in the entire Austin area, sought-after for its luxury homes with proximity to downtown Austin. The Westlake or “Westbank” area includes the Austin suburbs of both West Lake Hills and Rollingwood, but also includes communities like Las Lomas, Treemont, Stratford Drive, Westwood, Bee Cave Woods, Rob Roy, Lost Creek, Davenport Ranch, Seven Oaks, Westrim, & Westview.
